Periods, thresholds and obligations vary by entity type and by circumstance, and the instruments themselves change. Confirm your own obligations with your own counsel before relying on anything here. The site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind.
Statements about the future
CUSTOS is available from the first quarter of 2027. Anything said about products, capabilities, availability or prices that has not yet shipped is a statement of present intent rather than a commitment, and may change. Product and component names may change before general availability.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and every font, image and stylesheet is served from this site, so nothing is fetched from anyone else when a page loads: you can confirm that in your browser's network panel. There is no contact form and no account to create.
Our hosting provider processes your IP address and the details of your request in order to serve you the page, as any web host must.
If you email us, we hold your message and your address so that we can reply.
KeyArq Private Limited is the data fiduciary for anything you send us. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing. We keep it for as long as the conversation and our own records require, and no longer. To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased, write to info@keyarq.com and we will answer.
